On the "Meeting" And one of sun buer’s poems: towards the issue of taoist poetry interpretation

The article is devoted to the analysis of one of the poems attributed to the Taoist master Sun Buer. Using the example of the quatrain from the «Female practice of internal alchemy» (Nü gong nei dan), the author addresses the problem of interpreting Taoist poetry and, relying on the images and metaphors used in the quatrain, identifies several layers of meaning, each of which assumes its different interpretations.
