On the derivability of the constant and variables in the numbers two / two in Turkic languages

The article examines the concepts of "constant" and "variables" in modern linguistics from the point of view of linguoculturology and cognitive linguistics. Universal properties of a language (constants) are understood not as immutable values of some language parameters, but as restrictions on its variability. The variation of many language parameters is infinite, since the parameters are determined not discretely, but continually. The paper derives a constant and variables in cardinal numerals ΄two / dve΄ in the Turkic languages, carried out in etymological terms.
