About the interconnection of universal competencies in the behaviour of a librarian: critical thinking (reflection) and emotional intellect (empathy)

The article highlights the author’s experience in developing important competencies of the specialists of the present and future: their critical thinking (reflection) and empathy. The pedagogical technologies used by the author in training librarians can be of interest to the teachers of other specialties.
