Ежегодно выходят четыре номера, в том числе в электронной форме. Журнал находится в открытом доступе на сайте журнала Поддерживаются ключевые рубрики, связанные с реформой высшей школы, в которых публикуются материалы авторов более чем из 50 российских и зарубежных вузов.

The journal University Management: Practice and Analysis was established in 1997 to publish research findings and case studies on university governance, with the aim of supporting the sustainable development of universities in transition economies.

The mission of the journal is to improve university management under contemporary conditions by:

• •    disseminating the practical experience of successful management teams;

• •    publishing research on higher education management;

• •    creating open online information resources on the modernization and development of university management;

• •    supporting academic events.

The journal publishes four issues per year, including an electronic edition. It is available in open access on the website The journal maintains core sections related to higher education reform, featuring contributions from authors representing more than 50 Russian and foreign universities.
