On inclusive education as a form of education integration for the disable people

The article defines the inclusive education as a form of education for “people with special needs” (with restricted health potentials). The author consequently covers the content of the concept of “inclusive education” and the idea of inclusive education and discusses ideas for disseminating the idea of inclusive education as a form of education integration in Russia. The author highlights the possibilities already provided by psychological, medical and pedagogical centres, psychological, medical and pedagogical councils, territorial psychological, medical and pedagogical commissions and lekotecs (centres for psychological, medical and social support opened at some kindergartens). The prospects for the development of the inclusive education system in Russia are assessed.
