The paper presents approaches to the study of integral-summary control cards, to the formation of standard models of the parental control data, which are characterized by the presence of "artificial" disorder. The developed standard models of input data are a set of a useful signals model; a model reflecting the placement of the measurement; an error of input data model. The article shows the process performance index as indicators characterizing the error model of standard initial data models. Shewhart, EWMA, MA control charts were made using the array with first warning sign. Those methods were analyzed for the sensitivity to the random errors.
