About efficiency of the use of hydrotrivit AD3E new preparation during piglets growing

In the experiments on white rats the authors estimate a acute and chronic toxicity of hydrotrivit AD3E new preparation. The efficiency of the use of hydrotrivit during growing of piglets of the Estonian bacon breed as compared with import hydrovit was considered. The growth intensity, safe keeping, feed consumption per 1 kg of live weight gain, the indices of non-specific resistance of animals were determined. It was shown, that hydrotrivit is low toxic preparation of the V class. The administration of this preparation in dose of 12 mg/kg (30 times over the therapeutic dose - 0,4 mg/kg) do not exert practically the negative influence on growth intensity, haematological indices and histological structure of rat's internal organs. In experiments on piglets the authors have revealed the high biological efficiency of hydrotrivit: the increase of safe keeping, growth intensity, general non-specific resistance of animals and the decrease of feed consumption per 1 kg of live weight gain.
