About effect of new forage addition of protefit during feeding of broiler chicks

The author investigated the effect of forage addition of protefit, which is obtained during processing of waste of starch-molasses industry and contain the complex of essential amino acids, fat- and water-soluble vitamins, mineral substances and growth stimulators. The author determines the concentration of protein, carbohydrates, mineral substances, vitamins, transferase activity in the blood serum, and also the chicks live weight and their vital capacity. It was shown, that protefit addition to the broiler chicks ration instead of fish flour and sunflower shrot and also its addition to basis ration activates the interstitial metabolism, haemopoiesis, increases the productivity and tolerance of birds. The author suggests the protefit addition to rations of broiler chicks as protein-mineral addition (5 % per food mass) or as the partial (1/3-1/2) or total substitute of fish, meat-bone flour and sunflower shrot.
