About evolution pf political consciousness in modern world

Fundamental changes in worldview, social psychology, and political culture are no less important than changes in the material, eventful life of society, because ultimately they are the main factor generating grandiose transformations of the economic and political status of the world. What trends are “experiencing” globalized or so-called planetary consciousness? What is its unity, and what is heterogeneity? Is it capable of finding adequate solutions to the growing problems of globalization? Is mankind able to increase the “controllability” of social processes for this purpose, to ensure the achievement of reasonable compromises, to harmonize relations between different states and regions of the world? This is only a small part of the actual questions that modern researchers are trying to answer in one way or another.
