Updating educational and methodical ensuring of educational process in the conditions of modernization of higher education

Modernization of higher education requires updated educational and methodical ensuring of educational process from higher education institutions. It is necessary to rely on the modular principles in organizing the training material, introduction of new technologies in educational process. The authors of the article describe development of network forms of educational programs, application of computer technologies in training and remote educational technologies, electronic mark and rating system to control the progress of students, information openness of the educational organization, development of applied bachelorship, not only academic bachelorship. Passports of competences providing characteristics of competence (structure, methods of formation and the assessment) are worked out and presented in the well structured form. Three indicators to estimate a level of the acquired competences are introduced: threshold, basic, high.
