Бесплатный доступ

The article examines the role of the category such as «health» in the context of its perception by the population, as well as the importance of preserving the health of the population by the country. The dynamics of population morbidity statistics, the number of medical institutions, and self-assessment of the level of health by the population were analyzed. The reasons for the population’s failure to seek medical care when necessary and failure to receive necessary medical care when contacting medical organizations are presented. Based on the presented statistical data, groups of problems noted by the population in the process of receiving medical care were identified, which relate to both the health care system itself and adherence to treatment, perception, and motivation of potential and actual patients of medical organizations. It is noted that the allocated resource, personnel, corporate and other problems require the formation and implementation of comprehensive measures.
