About the boundary value problem for some fourth-order partial equations of a mixed-composite type

Two different second-order partial operators are used in linear statement of the boundary value problem for fourth-order partial equation and are similar to the heat-transfer operator of a mixed type which is generalize strongly hyperbolic case and is used in mathematical modeling of the electric arc interrupted process. Also it proved solvability of the posed boundary value problem in the quasilinear case.
