An approach to the problem of directing the system to a neighborhood of a normative trajectory is proposed. The approach is based on the control problem concerning the property of controllability with respect to a family of linear fimctionals. In the case of a specific choice of the fimctionals the approach allows one to provide that the solution of the control problem and a given normative trajectory are close to each other
