About determining the lecturers` pedagogical activity` efficiency at higher education: axiological aspect

The paper raises the theme of determining the pedagogical activity quality of modern Russian higher education lecturers by using a point-rating approach. The practiced evaluation criteria are identified, their features are characterized. It is concluded that the lecturers` pedagogical activity is a demanded and socially significant component of his multifaceted professional activity. However, in reality, there is a depreciation of educational component; this is confirmed by the intensification of using the "production" approaches to assessing the effectiveness of pedagogical work. Thus, the value of thinking through, developing and implementing a “human-sized” approach, end-to-end technologies, qualimetry of human and professional activity; they suggest methods and criteria for evaluation the level of developing the pedagogical competencies - a professional "track" for the full-fledged and social value of educating personality of the future professional.
