On oscillation of solutions to autonomous differential equations with aftereffect

A necessary and sufficient condition for oscillation of solutions to autonomous differential equations with bounded aftereffect is obtained in terms of zeros of the characteristic function. On the basis of this result, effective conditions for oscillation of solutions to differential equations with two delays of different nature are found.
