About main manifestations of the illegal impact of employers on labor relations in modern Russia

The article deals with some violations of labour legislation and other acts (in the form of circumvention of the law and abuse of the right), which worsen the legal status of workers, which are the anti-legal impact of employers on labour relations. Based on the analysis of these manifestations, it is concluded that the state can establish restrictions on the power of employers by issuing legal orders (labor law), as well as by monitoring (supervision) the observance of the established legal norms, and in case of their violation – bringing employers to legal responsibility, as well as the Association of workers (trade Union or other representative of workers).
