About the features of the experiment in pedagogical research

The article deals with the features of the organization and implementation of experimental work (OER) in the conduct of pedagogical research in an educational organization subordinate to the law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation. The main hypothesis of the experimental work was the assumption that the improvement of the professional training of cadets in the educational process is possible when this process is carried out within the framework of a well-established methodology of professionally-oriented training, provided that the quality of psychological and pedagogical training of the teaching staff is significantly improved. The main idea, which was successfully implemented during the OER, was to bring the content of special educational disciplines as close as possible to the content of the professional activities of the personnel of the relevant law enforcement structure.
