On the specifics of the organization of service training of special units of law enforcement agencies

The article highlights the problematic issues of the organization of professional training in special units of law enforcement agencies of Russia, in relation to the performance by their employees of their professional duties to ensure the security of the state. To eliminate the existing problems, the authors propose some organizational, managerial, theoretical and methodological ways, the use of which contributes both to improving the effectiveness of the pedagogical process as a whole and to improving it in areas of activity related to state security.
