Peculiarities of human resources management are characterized: subject and subject relations between partners, the combination of the hierarchy in subject and subject interaction between a leader and representatives of a group based on the equality of relations between them; distribution of managerial competences between the subjects of a group; the combination of managerial accompaniment of partners' personal resources integration with their unity management; management innovation, orientation on self-regulation of human resources development. Two types of competences in human resource management are revealed and described: managerial competences of a subject concerning his own resources management and person's self-management in relations with surroundings.
