Special role of tutorials in teaching civil process at the law department

The discipline «Civil Process» is distinguished by a certain peculiarity in comparison with the disciplines dealing with «material sectors» of Russian law. The branches of the civil law (family law, labor law, etc.) are regulated to a greater extent by legal relations «in static». In contrast, civil procedural law is dynamic in its nature. The author shows that tutorials in «Civil Process» should be carried out considering this specificity, as it may be helpful for achieving the goals and solving the problems determined by modern educational standards. It is important to perform the transition from the technology of assessing the answers of students to the technology of joint Isolution search, from practicing «marking» (assessment) to «one-to-one feedback sessions» (the work on mistakes face to face).
