On the individual problems of investigation of criminal cases in “hot” pursuit

The article deals with the organization of the disclosure and investigation of the criminal case in the first day after the commission of the act and its detection by the investigative team, that is, in the "hot" pursuit. The problems of loss of time at the stage of initiation of criminal proceedings, which entail the loss of the ability to detect traces, material and other evidence in the case, are identified. It is proposed to change the existing organizational order of work of investigative and operational groups by creating a continuity of the mechanism of investigative actions and operational investigative measures.
