In the context of a special military operation, issues related to attempts by certain foreign actors to exert a destructive influence on internal political processes in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in order to organize large-scale protest actions have become more acute. In this regard, interested foreign actors carry out a number of measures aimed at stimulating such protest activity, including through organizing work among Russian citizens in the countries of temporary residence. This article examines issues related to certain forms and methods of work of foreign actors with Russian relocators to stimulate protest activity on the example of the Republic of Armenia. The author examines possible promising areas of use of such persons after their return to the Russian Federation in the interests of foreign states.
