On the postponement of military service in the army of employees of the Prosecutor’s office and the Investigative committee of the Russian Federation

The article discusses the issue of deferral from military service for employees of the Prosecutor's Office and the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation. The author analyzes the existing legislative norms governing this right, as well as the practice of their application.
