The study proposes specific provisions of article 237 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation, which will allow you to more effectively protect the relations to implement the constitutional right to the access to accurate information about the state of the environment, ensuring environmental safety, protection of life and health of persons residing in the territory of Russia.
