Employers' associations as a social-labor relations regulation entity within social partnership

The article considers the functions of employers' associations as a party of social partnership system on a federal and regional level as well as the participation of such associations in establishing corporate social responsibility. The author analyzes the functions and the goals of the employers' representatives according to sectoral tariff agreements on a regional and oblast level.
