The article uses theoretical generalizations and practical evaluations to highlight the importance of fundamental understanding of professional ethics in HR management. It identifies possible outcomes of cases where professional ethics is observed in cooperation of differently qualified staff and staff from different job levels. It also provides data about important professional qualities of staff which identify the structure and content of professional ethics.
