Approaches to an objectivization of affective disturbances are analyzed at boundary mental disorders. 78 patients with anxiety and depressive symptomatology (the disorders of adaptation, prepainful psychogenic disorders and moderate depressive episode) are surveyed. The clinimetrical scales (HRDS, HARS, HADS), clinico-psychopathological and pictopolygraphical methods were applied. It is shown, that results of objective and subjective estimates of expressiveness of disturbances most coincided at patients with disorders of adaptation and a depressive episode. In group with prepainful psychogenic disorders results of objective and subjective estimates significantly differed. It is established, that use of a pictopolygraphical method increases the accuracy of diagnostic inferences.
