Objects of civil rights as objects of valuation in the conditions of operation of a single market for valuation services

The author examines problematic issues that arise during the formation of a single market for property valuation services in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). Identifies the features of determining the objects of property valuation in the national legislation of the EAEU member states using the example of the Republic of Belarus. Compares the definitions of objects of valuation in the EAEU countries and determines the main directions for improving the legislation on property valuation of the EAEU member states.
