Objects and subjects of constitutional control in public administration

A comprehensive study of the role of constitutional control in public administration is possible when clarifying the objects and subjects of constitutional control. This article discusses the objects and subjects of constitutional control in public administration. In the study, the author reveals the concepts of the subject and the object of constitutional control in public administration, points out the need to separate the concepts of "subjects of constitutional control" and "subject authorized to apply to the constitutional control bodies." Various forms of interaction between the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the President of the Russian Federation, as well as other bodies, are given. In conclusion, the author puts forward his vision of the concepts and essence of the object and subject of constitutional control in public administration.
