Ensuring the security of enterprises of the military industrial complex in the conditions of new resource constraints

The presented article examines one of the most important problems of the Russian economy - ensuring its security, in particular the security of the defense industry, which plays the role of a certain driver under resource constraints. Special attention is paid to the personnel support of the defense industry enterprises. The bachelor's program "Organization and Management at Defense Industry Enterprises" developed by the Department of Economics and Management of Enterprises and Production Complexes in cooperation with the Ustinov BSTU (VOENMEH) is presented, which is the first program in Russia that provides training of managers-economists for defense industry enterprises with in-depth study of the technological foundations of the basic production of defense industry.
