Practice by the high judicial bodies of the Russian Federation

The article substantiates the high need for the use of acts of higher judicial bodies to ensure the unity of judicial practice, reveals the content of the most significant, from the author’s point of view, judicial acts of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, which predetermine the need to ensure and maintain the unity of judicial practice. The features of such law enforcement acts of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation as resolutions, definitions and reviews are characterized. An analysis of some key judicial acts of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, contributing to the achievement of unity of judicial practice in Russia, is carried out. A conclusion is drawn about the importance of judicial acts of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for ensuring the unity of judicial practice and the need for their binding nature. Based on the existing problems, it was concluded that it is necessary to change the current legislation.
