Guaranteeing the quality of the cadastral evaluation of real estate

The author explores the quality assurance work on the state cadastral valuation of real estate: summarizes the practice of organizing the selection of artists work, identifies the causes of deterioration of quality of works, justifies the need for a quality management system to adapt, develop and improve the cadastral valuation of property. It is suggested that the selection of artists work in the form of competitions, increase the weight of the criterion of «qualified bidder», improve qualifications party competitive selection, normative set minimum performance time.
