Ensuring quality management of higher education following the system of priorities of the Bologna process

The article describes various approaches to the determination of quality of education. Special attention is drawn to the formation of quality management systems within the framework of Bologna process. On the basis of higher education institutions experience in monitoring, assessment and creation of quality systems in Netherlands authors prove the advantage of such experience upon transition of Russian institutions of higher education to two level system of education and creation of quality management systems.
