Ensuring the proper conduct of the person against whom the report of the crime is being checked

From the moment of the beginning of the official prosecution activity, a person is endowed with the necessary set of procedural rights. This point of contact between the persecuted person and law enforcement agencies has moved to the stage of initiating a criminal case. The rules governing this stage of criminal proceedings do not provide for procedural means to ensure the proper conduct of the person against whom the report of the crime is being checked. The author substantiates the need for a metered authorization of the use of coercive means at the initial stage of criminal proceedings.
