The article describes the features of ensuring continuity in teaching physics and special disciplines at a military university. The author considers the continuity in the field of education in conjunction with the generalization, interdisciplinary, systematic and consistent quantitative and qualitative accumulation of knowledge and the formation of professional competencies of the future specialist. The interrelation of structural units of physics courses, radio electronics, aerodynamics, air navigation, aeronautical meteorology for the successful training of a navigator-engineer in a military higher education institution is considered, and the levels and conditions of integrative interaction in a unified system of training specialists are analyzed
