Ensuring of sustainable development of enterprises baking industry of the Novosibirsk region

The article presents the dynamics of production of bread and bakery products in Russia and in Novosibirsk region, assessed the effectiveness of business of main producers of bakery products in Novosibirsk region, the need to move enterprises of baking industry to sustainable development and also provides a tool for sustainable development of baking industry enterprises.
