Justification and procedure for clarifying the boundaries of the land plot

The article analyzes the current issues of clarifying the boundaries of land plots owned by citizens and municipalities. The author examines the controversial issues of land surveying that arise in the process of economic use of land plots, points out the need for this procedure and analyzes the mechanism of practical implementation of the procedure. The role of the local self-government bodies in carrying out land management works, the mechanism for setting up cadastral land registration of newly formed land plots is indicated. Practical recommendations are given on the selection of cadastral engineers, and a significant place is given to the analysis and analysis of law enforcement practice. It is indicated that the issues of changing the boundaries of land plots that have already been drawn up and put on cadastral registration are within the competence of the court, which has the right to change such boundaries taking into account all interested parties. The author comes to the conclusion about the need for a procedure for clarifying the boundaries of a land plot, the need to interact with the owners of neighboring adjacent plots, with municipalities and supervisory authorities in solving emerging land issues.
