Rationale of economic and mathematical efficiency model of technological line based on biogas technology

The article provides rationale for the technology for neutralization and disinfection of pig manure based on new method of disposal when pigs are kept at low temperatures. Due to zonal features of the region, pig manure is slurry and native. The implementation of the new technology will make it possible to obtain four products – effluent, biofuels, humic fertilizer and bitumen modifier for asphalt concrete manufacturing. Increasing the efficiency and reducing the energy consumption of manure processing is achieved by converting biofuels into electrical energy consumed by a separator to separate effluent into liquid and solid fractions. The effectiveness of the new method for pig manure disposal is assessed on the basis of production, technological and energy costs.
