Justification of clinical manifestations of multiple sclerosis from the standpoint of ideas about the biochemical basis of its pathogenesis

Mechanisms for the formation of a pathological process in multiple sclerosis remain insufficiently studied. Meanwhile, the key to finding promising methods of treatment aimed at the pathophysiological mechanisms of the disease is the studying of its pathogenesis. Objective: To study the changes of the main pathogenetic parameters of patients with multiple sclerosis. Materials and Methods: The article presents the results of a prospective (9-year) observation of 492 patients with multiple sclerosis in terms of the dynamics of clinical and pathogenetic indicators.
