In the article are considered discuss the shortcomings of the existing customer relationship management in the advertising agency «EVEREST», which were discovered during the research. In accordance with the identified problems, the company's need for a CRM system is determined, as well as ways to solve problems using the implemented information system. The article presents the characteristics of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its main function for solving problems of the agency, describes the modules and elements of the system for automating customer relationship management. This article also defines the recommended solution for implementation in the company and describes the main requirements for the system.
