Justification of the use of geostatistical interpolation methods when conducting cadastral valuation of urban lands suitable for individual residential development

The article considers the implications of the current methodology of the state cadastral valuation of real estate. Determine the range of facilities (land) at risk for incorrect assessments and their causes. The ways of solving the problems identified by taking into account the spatial position of the land and the availability of market prices of interdependence through the application of methods of spatial statistics - geostatistical interpolation.
