Rationale introduction mechanism of import substitution as protective measures of Russian military-industrial complex

In this article the main negative effects of the introduction of sanctions and restrictions shown promising areas to minimize them by using the implementation of protective measures and mechanisms to import the example of the Russian military-industrial complex. The consequence of deterioration of the international situation and the introduction of a number of countries sanctions restrictions against Russia was the intensification of import substitution in the leading industries and sectors of the Russian economy, and the level of state policy. The main sources of information were used materials open press. Their analysis and systematization led to the conclusion that one of the priorities of ensuring the development of the Russian economy should be the implementation of the substitution mechanisms have to import components and equipment for the products of domestic production, technical and quality parameters are not inferior to foreign analogues. The paper shows that with the help of state support in the military-industrial complex was able to promptly develop and implement a set of import arrangements in the framework of targeted programs and strategies for the development of leading industries and sectors of the Russian economy in the conditions of the negative impact of sanctions restrictions.
