All over the world, as well as in the Russian Federation, metal cans are the most commonly used type of packaging for packing meat products. A tin can is a key, most promising and environmentally sound container option that can be used in the production of canned meat. The tightness indicators of the tin can are characterized as a complex property of the container. In order for the tightness of the can to be violated, it is enough to allow a minimum deviation from the requirements of the technological production process within each production stage, including non-compliance with the requirements for the quality of raw materials.
