Career education in an educational environment of a higher medical school

This article covers the problem of building up universal adaptive skills, knowledge and competences of a medical student within the context of future career planning and development. Career education is advised to be practiced to attain these universal professional competences. It can be implemented in a broad range of educational programs with various contents. Special content for career education programs in a Higher Medical School is analyzed.
