Education and business in unified educational space of the region

Introduction. The article presents the main results of the first all-Russia scientific and practical conference “Business and education: the territory of cooperation” which was held on May 18-19, 2018 in Krasnoyarsk. Raising topical issues of self-identification, development and actualization of individuals and organizations in the modern rapidly changing, unpredictable, ambiguous (VUCA) environment, the speakers and participants of the Conference in a cooperative discussion were trying to find optimal ways to consolidate their interests and opportunities in business and education in training, developing and teaching qualified personnel. The purpose of this article is to analyze the current state of training in different types of education (basic and further) and vocational training, to determine the demands and topical tasks of parties involved, methods that can become guidelines in developing the necessary educational programs and conditions for their implementation. Presenting the main theses of the speakers in the context of the current changes in life-sustaining activity, organizational processes, labour functions, the place of professional work in the life of representatives of different generations, their comparison and analysis allow to highlight the problems under discussion: psychological follow-up of the personnel and business processes connected with studying human potential, changes in labour functions for solving new problems, changes in organizational models; target and content benchmarks in training and development of specialists in accordance with the requirements of professional standards, the interaction of different participants of the educational process in the development of “flexible” and “fixed” skills, other important qualities of skilled specialists and universal professionals. Conclusion. Enterprises of the city and the region are becoming active participants in the educational space, defining educational needs, requirements for educational results, forms of training, they are ready for active interaction with educational organizations that have resources and potential for designing and implementing highly-demanded educational programs. Specification and coordination of the tasks of basic and further education, as well as vocational training, will allow to consolidate the efforts for molding a personality who will be capable of solving problems in everyday life, adapting to any changes, being ready to study, to design educational, career and life trajectories. The solution of these problems is connected with thorough understanding of the social mandate for professional training and education, with studying the characteristics of the life space of the younger generation and their role in work, their involvement in it, their personal and professional self-determination, the development of models of psychological follow-up in the organization.
