Education and horizontal mobility of a person in the context of social philosophy

The article includes the social and philosophical analysis of special aspects of horizontal mobility, provided by education. It is noted that the education mainly determines the implementation of horizontal mobility of a person rather than vertical. It is defined that self-education appears for the most important factor of horizontal mobility. The main virtue of horizontal social mobility of a person results in a boundless possibility of a person`s self-realization in various fields of work.
