Education and military security

The Concept of the National Security of the Russian Federation emphasizes that ensuring Russia's military security is the most important activity of the state. The main goal in this area is to ensure the possibility of an adequate response to the challenges and threats that may arise in the XXI century, with rational expenditures on national defense. In disclosing the content of the “military security” category, two approaches are distinguished: the first is associated with the lack of prerequisites for the occurrence of primarily military conflicts, the second with the state of protection of the country from external threats, with its military-economic potential, the adequate combat capability of the Armed Forces, guaranteeing the suppression of any acts and forms of aggression against her.
