In article the author judges that the formation and development of labour potential of the person is closely connected to an educational level. The stages of formation and development of labour potential in coordination with an educational level are submitted. The tendencies are analysed in the field of financial maintenance of system of formation(education) in Russian Federation, dynamics of development of general educational establishments for 2000-2008 гг.
