The article discusses the relationship between the concepts of education and human capital, which are understood as closely related and exist in inseparable unity. Status and quality of human capital depends on the state of society, economy and education system. On the other hand, without education is impossible the formation of human capital, capable to develop the individual and society in the modern economy of the information society.
