Human rights in a modern democratic state are a form of institutionalization of freedom, therefore, in the context of ongoing state legal reforms, the study of the constitutional mechanism for their implementation and protection is of particular relevance. The article considers the right to education - as one of the most significant constitutional human rights that creates the prerequisites for the development of the individual and society as a whole. Fulfilling a special social role, the right to education can be considered as a constitutional and legal phenomenon related to the sphere of relations between the state and the individual. Among a wide range of subjects of the constitutional right to education, there are people with special legal status in the field of education. One such entity is persons with disabilities.
